This policy explains which data the KeepBase website processes when handling contact enquiries and how you can exercise your rights.

2. Contact form data

When you send an enquiry, we process your full name, company name, email address, optional telephone number, selected topic, technologies and platform, message and any attachments. The form also includes a technical anti-spam control.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use the data solely to handle your enquiry, send a copy to the email address provided, respond, prepare a possible cooperation and protect the form against abuse. Processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and on our legitimate interests in business communication and website security.

4. Recipients and retention

Data is delivered to the KeepBase mailbox and may be processed by hosting, server infrastructure and email providers acting on our behalf. We retain it only for as long as needed to handle the matter, continue a business relationship or defend legal claims, and then delete it in line with applicable requirements.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies and displays no cookie banner. When you change language, it may briefly use browser session storage to preserve your position on the page; this information is removed after use and is not used for tracking.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. We apply technical and organisational safeguards, including form validation, request limits and an encrypted connection to the email server.
